Consent to the processing of personal data

By submitting a form on aimkosmotech.ru, aimkosmotech.com, kosmotech.ai and ticking the consent box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give AIM KOSMOTECH LLC (TIN 2452046090, OGRN 1182468032900, address: 662972, Zheleznogorsk, Reshetneva 1-28; the “Operator”) my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes

replying to my enquiry, consulting, preparing a quote;
handling my request about a product or service and preparing a contract at my request;
if I joined a product waitlist — notifying me about its launch.

2. Personal data

name;
email address or Telegram username;
phone number (if provided);
city (if provided);
message text;
IP address, date and time of submission — to confirm that consent was given.

3. Actions and methods

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is mixed: automated and manual. Data is stored on the Operator’s servers in the Russian Federation.

The Operator does not transfer my personal data to third parties except as required by Russian law. No cross-border transfer takes place.

4. Term and withdrawal

Consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after my last contact, or until withdrawn.

I may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@aimkosmotech.com. The Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 10 business days of receiving the withdrawal, unless the law requires otherwise.
