1. General

This Policy describes how personal data of visitors to aimkosmotech.ru, aimkosmotech.com, kosmotech.ai (the “Sites”) is processed and protected.

The personal data operator is AIM KOSMOTECH LLC (TIN 2452046090, OGRN 1182468032900) (the “Operator”).

By submitting a form on the Sites, the visitor gives a separate Consent to the processing of personal data (linked next to the checkbox in every form). Processing follows this Policy and Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

Data of KosmoArena platform users (arena.aimkosmotech.com) is governed by the platform’s own privacy policy.

2. Data we process

Data the visitor enters in forms (enquiry, product request, demo request, waitlist):

name;
email address or Telegram username;
phone number (if provided);
city (if provided);
message text.

Data collected automatically:

IP address, browser type and version, date and time of visit;
when a form is submitted — IP address, date and time of submission and the Consent version (to confirm that consent was given);
cookies, page visits and on-page actions (clicks, scrolling — Webvisor technology) collected by the Yandex Metrica web analytics service.

We do not collect passport data, bank card data or geolocation.

3. Purposes

replying to enquiries, preparing quotes, consulting;
handling product requests and orders;
notifying about product launches — only those who joined a waitlist;
analysing traffic and improving the Sites;
complying with Russian law.

4. Storage and protection

Personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.

It is protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access control and regular backups.

Data is kept until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn.

5. Third parties

The Operator does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except:

anonymised visit data is processed by Yandex LLC as part of Yandex Metrica;
at the request of authorised bodies as required by Russian law.

6. Visitor rights

Visitors may request information about the processing of their data, its correction or deletion, and may withdraw consent.

To do so, write to info@aimkosmotech.com. Requests are handled within the time limits set by Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

7. Cookies

The Sites use cookies to work properly and for web analytics (Yandex Metrica). Visitors can disable cookies in their browser settings; the Sites will keep working.

8. Changes

The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
