Robotic complex based on two JAKA Pro 5 cobots on a compact conveyor platform. The computer vision system controls the entire process and adapts to seasonal raw material condition.

Robot 1 (Holder) — vacuum gripper with rotation, full surface access
Robot 2 (Processor) — turret head with 4 tools: small mill, large mill, scraper, abrasive bur
Computer vision — defect detection, 3D surface map, tool selection, quality control
Adaptive algorithms — automatic mode switching for fresh/old potato
Compact footprint — fits in existing workshop without reconstruction
